After years of dedication and continuous improvement efforts quality of our products is obtained a great result. In 2010, for the first time in history, a coffee from the Espirito Santo State is awarded at the national contest among the three best coffees in Brazil. That same year, the coffee produced by the family is also the winner of the best coffee in the state of Espirito Santo.
Provide better storage conditions, processing and trading by the coffee producers in the region were the main reasons for the creation of a trading company to deal with coffee green beans. In this context is founded Caffeeira Krohling LTDA. Currently operating with different types of coffee, the company became supplier of coffee for the top industries roasting of Brazil.
Location
The Kaffee is located in Santa Maria – Marechal Floriano in the state of Espirito Santo, located in the Southeast, the most developed region of Brazil.
Inside the coffee business, the state of the Holy Spirit plays a prominent role. It is the second largest coffee producer in Brazil (the first is Minas Gerais) and the largest robusta coffee producer (Conilon).
The location of the company in the Espírito Santo also provides logistical advantages. The Espirito Santo port system connects the state to domestic and international markets. Thus, the Kaffee has big logistics advantage of being located approximately 60 km from the Victoria port.
Installations
The Kaffee has a complete structure for receiving, processing, storage, transportation and export of coffee. In the receiving phase, the company has a warehouse with a capacity of 250,000 bags of 60 kg. At this stage, the quality of coffee entering to the company is verified in our own laboratory, it is generated a classification and assigned to the appropriate storage location for that type of coffee.
To the processing stage, the company has modern machinery and silos that allow the preparation of various lots regarding the type and beverage of the coffee.
The coffee storage by the company is held in silos or big bags so that it preserves the main characteristics of the product. Another advantage of this process is streamline the product output at the delivery time.
In export operations, the container stuffing is run on the Kaffee’s premises. Coffee can be dispatched in 60 kg bags or big bags.
The transportation of all coffee traded by Kaffee is performed by BACK_LOG, which is the logistic company of the Krohling Group. So we have a high level of security in delivering the product to the customer’s warehouse or port. Additionally, all transportation is carried out with the insured cargo, eliminating any risk to the parties involved.
In addition to the warehouse structure with office and laboratory at its headquarters in Marechal Floriano, the Kaffee also has a marketing office in Manhuaçu (MG), a major square in the coffee region of Zona da Mata in Minas Gerais.
Other Kaffee’s office is located in Vitória (ES). There are traders, national and international, and part of the logistics team, responsible for ensuring the speedy delivery of products to our customers.
