HISTORY
The Krohling family immigrated from Germany (Suzhein, Rheinland Pfalz) in the nineteenth century. The family activities in the coffee business started in the agriculture, forming coffee plantations . While experiencing adverse conditions for growing like extremely steep topography, humid and rainy climate and rudimentary technology, persistence and hard work of the entire family were prevalent in the culture of the first coffee plantations in the Mountains region of Espirito Santo.
